WURTON warrants this product, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the unit. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the product, proven by valid purchase receipt. To receive warranty service or inspection, please contact WURTON directly. Returns should be made after a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number has been assigned. To obtain a RGA number, please fax a copy of your receipt to (949)753-0968 or email a copy of your receipt with a description of the problem to customerservice@wurton.com. The RGA number should be written clearly on the outside of the package being sent to Wurton for warranty evaluation.
