PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
You may return items within 30 days of the date of receipt provided that the products are in original packaging, & resalable condition. Installed or damaged items are not returnable, but still carry their original limited lifetime warranty. All return items MUST have a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) assigned.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you do not have a copy of your packing list, please indicate the order number, your name and address along with a list of the items you are returning and send the package to:
Please indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip. Please, write the RGA number on the address label of the package. It is recommended to send the package via a traceable and insured shipping method. WURTON LLC will not be responsible for return shipping charges or tracking your return item. WURTON is not responsible for improperly delivered packages or packages that have been damaged in transit.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
For refunds, a restocking fee may apply. To request an exchange, please include a list of the items you would like in exchange. Outbound shipping charges will be applied to exchanges.
